Podcasting is one of those tools that should be in every learning content marketer’s toolkit. Podcasts help to bring targeted traffic. They help to establish your reputation. And they help to build credibility.

Podcasting is a first and foremost a form of learning content. So for the information marketer a podcast is a form of learning content. And like any learning content it follows a particular process.

The process begins with the identification of an audience. The next task is to determine what motivates your audience. Once you have a motivator you need to provide a solution. Of course a solution by itself is very difficult to learn and to teach. So you need to turn it into a system which can be followed easily. It needs to be simplified into a set of steps that anyone can follow.

Podcasting is one of these latter products. Once you’ve determined that podcasting is one of the tools you are going to use to market your product line, you need to start creating the actual podcasts. In theory, you should be structurally editing and then converting your outline into a script. However, generally, podcast segments are too small and simple to justify this effort.

The next task instead is to record the podcast. This may take several attempts which effectively fulfill the same purpose as a formal edit. You now have a raw recorded podcast segment. These segments are then edited to remove errors, add transitions, introductions and concluding credits and combine the segments into a final podcast usually in MP3 format.

The podcast is uploaded to either your own site or to a podcasting site. If you use your own site you will need to drive traffic to the podcast. The podcast is cycle repeats and a new podcast is uploaded to replace the previous podcast. Frequently a podcasting service is used for the current podcast and an archive of prior podcasts is maintained on the producer’s site.

Typically podcasts are squeezed into other activities. The concept is that the audience will enjoy the podcast so much that they will visit the producer’s site to obtain past podcasts and other available information. This is why the producer’s website needs to be featured prominently in the podcast.

Your wedding photographer and videographer will create the visual memories or your wedding that you will treasure forever. Not only that, many couples are so keyed-up and excited on their wedding day that later they don’t remember many of the details of what happened at the ceremony or reception. They actually “see” their wedding for the first time in the photos and especially the video. It is the fact that your wedding memories cannot be brought back without the excellent work by the wedding photographer and videographer. Here are some key factors that you can use to locate a right one from the photographers’ and videographers’ portfolios.

1. Personal Reference

Choosing a photographer and videographer is more difficult than many of the other decisions you make about your wedding. This is one place where you cannot see the finished product before paying for it. When you make your choices you will be largely acting on faith. Ask any friends who have been married recently if they were happy with their photographer and videographer. A personal reference from someone you trust is worth a lot. Please also note that the photographer and or videographer will be spending a great deal of time with you both, and especially with the bride. The photographer is with the bride from the time she is getting dressed until you both depart for your honeymoon. Select a person not only for their professional work but also for their personality.

2. Photographic Style

When you review the photographers’ and videographers’ portfolios, look at them with an eye toward the photographic style. Photographers especially often like to work in a particular style such as formal, classic or candid. You are looking for a photographer who likes to work in the same style as the style you want for your wedding. If a photographer’s specialty is candid photos and you want formal photos, chances are you will not be happy with the results. Yes, a photographer may be able to work in a style that is not his or her first choice but you are far better off with someone who enjoys working in the style you want.

3. Asking for an Actual Photographer

Be sure you ask who the actual photographer will be. Unfortunately, many studios show portfolios by their best photographers and then send someone else to shoot your wedding. You want to see the portfolio for the photographer who will be at your wedding. It is also important that you meet that photographer in order to see if it is someone you feel comfortable with and to see how he or she presents himself or herself.

It’s a definite plus if a photographer has shot a wedding and reception at your location previously. That means she or he is already familiar with the angles and positions that will give the best results.

Here are some tips on how to find the most fabulous earrings for your wedding day.

There are a variety of things to keep in mind about selecting bridal jewelry sets in general, and earrings in particular. Your earrings should suit the style of your gown, complement the shape of your face, and coordinate with your bridal headpiece, as well as with any other wedding jewelry that you may already have.

Even for those who are not normally love to shop, selecting the perfect bridal earrings can be a straightforward assignment, if you break the thought process down into manageable steps.

A formal evening wedding has a very different flavor than an informal reception at a public park, which will be different from a tropical beach wedding. Your bridal jewelry should seem appropriate for the location.

If your wedding is formal, plan on shopping for very sparkly earrings, such as Swarovski crystal chandelier or drop styles. The relaxed park wedding would call for something like a pretty sterling silver dangle to frame your face, while keshi or coin pearl drops look wonderful at the beach.

Many bridal gowns have special embellishments that can be enhanced with the right accessories. If your gown features beautiful silver embroidery, look for earrings that are handcrafted in sterling silver. Brides who have chosen dresses that have tiny seed pearls stitched to the bodice can bring attention to this lovely detail by selecting radiant pearl bridal jewelry.

When selecting your ear baubles. Brides who are wearing strapless gowns will find that a bolder earring, along with a fabulous necklace, looks best to fill in all that open space. On the other hand, if your gown has a shoulder with heavy ornamentation, like an oversized organza flower or bow, you need to make sure that your earrings are short enough not to get tangled up in the gown’s accent.

Finally, pay attention to how your hairstyle and earrings work together. Soft, romantic hairdos call for dainty feminine accessories, while earthy flowing waves will look better with something a bit funkier.

If you find a truly spectacular pair of earrings, you may just want to consider wearing your hair up to really show them off. It is all about turning your entire wedding day look into one that will make you look your most stunning on that memorable day.

There are many directions for these franchises and the choices you have. You can easily investigate the possibilities and obtain all the information you need to make an informed decision. The key is to find something that you like and have a passion to do. Also try to find something that you have some basic knowledge about or have some experience with on a direct basis. Going into something “cold turkey” and not knowing anything about the product or service is a risky proposition for most people.

Some of the best franchises that are available as an internet business include: travel, health care, gambling, vitamins, computer goods, education, (especially pre-school areas), and consulting. You can find many franchises online and in books and magazines. There are many sites where you can find detailed information about franchises that are primarily function and are operated online. Some of these are brand name and others have little recognition for most readers. The important thing is to do your homework and read and investigate the details of each franchise that you think may have potential as a lucrative online franchise for you.

There is help in discovering what is available in the marketplace for a lucrative online franchise by looking and investigating providers that specialize in helping people looking for online franchises. They can give you all the details of what is involved and even help you in the decision making process. They have the experience and the knowledge to offer information on what are the features you should be looking for in a franchise. They also have information on what franchise brands are being offered at this time. You will want to take advantage of there expertise. Making your dream of owning your own business can come true with hard work and find the right lucrative online franchise that is right for you. It will take work and investigation on your part. But, you must do the work for you and your business to be successful. Do not be shy about asking for help with your decision.

Setting up a blog site is very easy to do. All you will need is an internet connection and a blog hosting service like the one provided by Google. Just type in “google blogger” into your browser and follow the on screen instructions to set up your own personal blog site in four simple stages.

For those who are unfamiliar with blog sites, you can take the tour that Google provides. To start, all you have to do is to create a Google account (if you don’t already have one) which is free and you will be on your way to creating your blog site in just a few minutes – it really is simple.

Once you have created your blog site, you can start to upload your pictures and add your comments or invite other people to comment on them. You can either restrict viewing of the site to your friends and family or allow anyone to view it. You decide who can see your comments and pictures and who can write to it.

You may want to restrict viewing of your blog site as a means of showing your shots to your friends and relatives in other parts of the country or the world. Alternatively, you may want to post your shots online to find people with similar interests to you, like landscapes, nature, portraits or unusual lighting effects and so on.

It can be fascinating to see the feedback that your images get but you must be brave. Some people will love your shots and others may not be so impressed – you have to take the rough with the smooth.

If you choose a theme, say, weird or unusual subjects for example, you will soon start to attract others who are interested in this topic. The challenge will then be to keep finding images in keeping with your theme so that you can post them on your blog site – so keep your camera with you at all times.

With the Google site, the latest posting appears at the top of the page where your viewers can see you newest work and comment on it.

Whether you choose to use the blog for private viewing only , or you are happy to show your work to the world at large, you will create a new outlet for your style of photography that will stimulate you to take and post more pictures.

Economic growth is celebrated as an obvious solution to the problem of individuals and nations. Those in power always make reference to it as a last resort in the explanation of most of their sweeping reforms. It seems to many that on the altar of economic growth everything is worth sacrificing; even the lives of some ‘expendable’ citizens. It always appears economically wise, at a not so close rational scrutiny of the issue, to be able to produce more using the same resources or even less. Like the biblical Pharaoh, to allocate more productive expectations, even without providing the bricks. Really, if the national and individual pride of the citizens must be insisted on; if social security should have a strong footing, the economic must grow.

On this conclusive premise and subtle political programming, the world has been transformed to a trade driven tournament, solely fuelled up with a rash infinite rush to accumulate currency. Everything is presently evaluated on the scales of productivity. In this criss-cross of extensive growth devoid of intensive growth, unruly exportation of necessity, internal colonisation of the citizenry, economic growth without economic development, corrosion of the global climate, pruning up of business and investing image at the expense of the poorest; we need to re-ask and rethink the central question of relevance.

What is the point anyway? If man stands as the reason and apex of economic growth, why put him on the line for its attainment? If only the rising lines of economic productivity is considered, while leaving out the majority of world’s population in search for meaning, function and choice to waste away; then economic growth is a policy whose costs outweigh her benefits. It will only amounts to covering up the deep sores of the poor and abandoned; in fact, of all, with unsterilized fine bandages. The first and lasting step to the solution of the urgent problems of poverty, inequality and exclusion is the abrupt censure of this distracting concept of gross competitiveness and productivity devoid of humanity in the name of economic growth and a re-focus of attention on the problem. Policies should be re-centred on the developmental empowerment of man.

Hundreds of thousands of unpublished authors today have manuscripts waiting in a pile at a publishing house somewhere to be noticed. Some of them did, but couldn’t get through the next pile; others never will. Out of all the potential books out there, maybe two or three can make it to fame and fortune in the next few years. In light of recent developments in technology and book publishing, however, there are easier and quicker ways to becoming a published author. The digital shift has made publishing more flexible and accessible to authors all around the world. Books can be sold in a variety of forms, contrary to the single traditional way of distribution through offset printing. Publishing options and marketing opportunities for writers have widened considerably through the years.

Basically, when a writer finally gets a deal at a commercial publishing house, the company buys his manuscript, takes care of editing, artwork, cover designs, printing, advertising, and everything else. As for the sales, royalties are given to the writer for every book sold. However the process of penetrating publishers is too long-winded so that an author who wants to “get my book published” before the next millennium may opt to do all the above tasks himself. In order to produce a self-published book, the writer invests just enough funds for editing, printing, and distribution of his work, over which he has complete, unbounded control. He gets the full profit for the sale of his book, and continues to reserve all rights.

Literature does not necessarily have to come in paperbacks these days. Publication, sale, and distribution of electronic books have grown more popular as a consequence to the growing developments of today’s virtual economy. A number of software are available, which can convert text documents to electronic books with chapters, illustrations, and page numbers. Several websites also cover advertising and distribution at reasonable costs. Although electronic versions may not give the author the feel of having a “real” book, they can be as marketable and promising as actual printouts.

Craft jewelry making supplies and ideas can be found in a number of stores and locations, both online and off, but quality is another matter. The materials you use will ultimately define the quality of your finished product, the proper materials provide the foundation for success rather than holding your creativity back. Whether you are home hobbyist or a professional jewelry maker the materials you use help guide your creation process. There are a multitude of materials available to the amateur jeweler, from gold, silver, platinum to silver, brass, copper and that isn’t even naming some of the countless embellishment or bead materials that are at your disposal. Obviously gold and platinum, are not necessary the best choices for a low cost craft project, but they have their place, and should not be ruled out if you find a need for them that fits your jewelry goals. The key is to visualize your target audience before you decide on your jewelry materials, the end product will dictate what materials you need.

The best part about being a craft jewelry maker is that there are very few specialized tools that are really required for most projects. You will be well served to have a pair of snips, tweezers, and needle nose pliers in most cases. Specialized projects will require specialized tools, but you buy Jewelry tools as need dictates, rather than purchase a series of tools that you will not often use. Crucibles, handlers, pincers, and other tools are generally not called for in the typical craft project. Quality crafting suppliers are not too difficult to spot if you know what you are looking for. Look for a company that not only has a broad offering of craft jewelry supplies that you might need, but also a provides a wealth of projects, patterns, and idea resources. There is no substitute to finding a supply store that understands the creative nature of crafting and supplies craft products almost as an afterthought to the wealth of information and new project guides. Ultimately, it is you that brings out the beauty in your craft jewelry making projects, but it doesn’t hurt to have a helping hand ready when you need it.
